A transfer certificate is a document issued by the university's administrative office in response to a student's request.
A university/board issues a document called a migration certificate. It assists you in gaining admission to a different university or board. You can also apply for a migration certificate only after you have received your transfer certificate.
Attestation is a document that certifies the document's authenticity. Its primary function is to validate the document.
A transcript is a complete record of your grades that is usually issued by your previous university.
